We collect information you provide when you request a demo or create an account — including your name, school, role, and email address. We also collect usage data and browser information automatically when you visit our site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide Popsicle's services, respond to your questions, send you product updates, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the platform (such as Stripe for payment processing and email delivery services). All providers are bound by data processing agreements. We never sell or rent your data.
Student and Family Data
Popsicle handles student and parent data on behalf of schools. Schools control this data. We process it in accordance with FERPA and COPPA, and only as directed by the school. We do not use student data for advertising or analytics.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), regular security reviews, and strict internal access controls. We follow SOC 2 Type II practices for data handling.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getpopsicle.com.
Your Rights
